All orders placed through our website are fulfilled and shipped directly by our wholesaler. Shipping times, methods, and costs are determined by the wholesaler and may vary depending on the product and destination. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking details (if available) from our wholesaler.

Free Into Store (FIS) Shipping
Orders over $100 qualify for Free into Store (FIS) shipping, meaning delivery is included at no additional cost. This applies to standard shipping only and does not cover expedited or special delivery requests.You must signup to our newsletter to receive your freight coupon code and be eligble for FIS shipping.

Important Shipping Information

  • We do not directly handle shipping or logistics.
  • We do not send goods through a customer’s nominated shipper. All shipments are handled exclusively by our wholesaler.
  • We cannot accommodate pick-ups under any circumstances.
